INTRODUCTION

In NWCOC issue #116 from 1996, then newsletter editors Robert and Carol May devoted the entire issue to a history of Citroën dealerships and Citroën repair shops in the Seattle-area. That was six years ago and since then, more history has emerged and we have elected to update and continue the story. So, following is an updated version of the 1996 story…
